Additionally, this cottage has an extra terrace with a second garden set, two sunbeds, barbecue, and swing. The house is built in such a way that every room is half a floor higher, making the whole beautiful. It has a cozy living room with sofa, HD satellite color TV, stereo, and dining area. The living room has sliding doors to the balcony. The ruralhut has a wonderful half-open kitchen, a spacious bathroom, bedroom with a double bed, and south-facing balcony. There is a second spacious bedroom on the upper floor, with two single beds, and an adjoining spacious vide with another two single beds. A baby cot, bath, and chair are provided. You can get to the veranda through the sliding doors in the living room. There are several possibilities for creating a place where you can sit or lay down both in the sun and shade. There’s also a piece of playground equipment and a trampoline in the garden for the children to enjoy. In the garage, you can also find a canoe. The ruralhut is electrically heated, the windows and doors on the outside have shutters to keep the heat or cold outside. Lastly, there is a beautiful wood burning in the room, for which wood is of course available. During the months of July and August you have access to a swimming pool of four meters in diameter and one-meter high.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is set in the heart France, in Auvergne: the land of lakes and volcanoes. Who doesn’t know the Puy de Dôme? France’s most well-known volcano. While the volcano might be extinguished, the beautiful nature in the area flourishes. It is exceptional really; nowhere else you will find such extensive nature parks with as much flora and fauna as in the Auvergne. The Regional Parc Volcans Auvergne is nearby. Through the narrow-paved roads, even the deepest valleys and the highest slopes are accessible. You will find beautiful sights all around the Auvergne, from castles to churches. There are 112 extinct volcanoes to the west of Clermont-Ferrand. Of these volcanoes, the so-called Puys, the original cone shape has been preserved. The Puy-de-Dome is the highest volcano mountain with 1465 meters, and you can watch the spectacular scenery of Mont Dore from here. Mountain peaks like the Puy Sancy and the Puy Mary guarantee a beautiful view of the Massif Central during clear weather. During the summer, it is hot in the Auvergne. The fall is quite pleasant at about 19 degrees. In the winter, it becomes a snowy area and therefore ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. There are several slopes and cable cars in, for example, Le-Mont-Dore, Besse, and Superbesse.
