This is one of the four apartments in a rustique farm. It is literally a place to catch your breath again. This special holidays destination located on a hill is surrounded by green, rugged valleys like in a dream. It stimulates every aspect of a nature lover's senses. It invites you to both laze around and to hike or mountain bike. The apartment(45 m²) has been renovated into a traditional two person apartment with original terracotta floors and wooden beam ceilings. Every room has been furnished in a cosy and comfortable way with an eye fro the details. The living room is situated next to the kitchen, which leads you through sliding doors to the roofed terrace. The two person bedroom is furnished in a traditional way and you will also be able to come to the roofed terrace through the sliding doors. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The terrace lies on the south side and offers a stunning view over the surrounding hills and the nearby hamlet called Pornello. The terrace is well shaded, which makes it easy to sit there during the day. The terrace is equipped with simple garden chairs and an outdoor table. The apartment offers a familiar and cosy home after a day tour in for example Assisi, Orvieto, Perugia and Todi. The owners also have a role in making this place unique with their warm welcome and relaxed hospitability.

The farm is a nicely renovated rustique naturehouse from the year 1800 with four spacious rooms, which all offer a stunning view over the hilly and panoramic landscape of Umbria. Umbria is the province of the Etruscans and is also known as the green heart of Italy. It has a landscape with breathtaking views, where you find a diversity of forests, meadows, sunflower fields, olive orchards and vineyards. Here you will also have the possibility to get to know the authentic Umbrian cuisine and enjoy the tranquility surrounding the house. You can also make several excursions to the picturesques villlages and cities with plenty of artistic treasures. The ruralhut has its own terrace with a beautiful view over the hamlet Pornello and the Umbrian hills. The farm is located on a large garden of almost one hectare and a swimming pool behind the house of the owners is also to be found. The garden of Polmone is thé venue for birdwatching. In the immediate surrounding, you have many opportunities to go for a hike, to bike or mountain bike. Rolling resistance is then indispensable. You can also go on great car rides in the area. Nearby Polmone, lies „La Scarzuola“, a monastry, once founded by Francisco de Assisi and purchased by Tomaso Buzzi in the 50s, who was an eccentric Italian architect.
