This beautiful ruralhut is situated in the middle of the Alps, between the Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva, near the Hirmantaz and Chevrerie ski slopes. It is the ideal starting point for all your outdoor activities or peaceful romantic getaway. With noble materials, this is a warmly decorated 95m² apartment on the ground floor of the owner’s chalet. This cottage has a separate entrance, south facing terrace with stunning view, garden set, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, gas stove with oven, and cozy wood stove. There’s a door to the terrace in the living room as well as a wood burning stove, TV, and a seating area with sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 centimeters), a wardrobe, and a TV. The other room has two single beds with box-spring mattresses (90x190 centimeters). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is also a shared storage space for skis. Central heating is available throughout the apartment.

The cottage is set at an altitude of 1050 meters with a beautiful unobstructed view over the mountains and the Risse valley on private terrain of 7500m² with trees surrounding it. A place where the deer and other wildlife also feel at ease. The chalet is set at the end of a paved dead end, allowing only hikers and mountain bikers to go further. This is the first cottage of the four. The surrounding area offers many possibilities for hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, swimming, delta flying, golf, water sports, boat trips, and randonee skiing. The cottage is only five kilometers away from the ski slopes in Hirmantaz and le Chèvrerie, etc. If you choose to stay in this cottage it is recommended to make a nice city trip to the nearby Geneva, Annecy, Thonon-les-Bains, and Evian.
