This nature house stands on an originally Hungarian Tanya (farm) with outbuildings, which were completely renovated in 2011 and converted into two full-fledged vacation homes. Both houses meet all contemporary requirements, but the original features have been preserved as much as possible. This nature house is the converted, former summer kitchen with storage rooms. The dining/living room has been characteristically rearranged. The bedroom (old upstairs room) is spacious and bright with a double bed and linen closet. The loft has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. All windows have mosquito nets. The very spacious, private veranda and the various seats in the garden, both private and communal, invite to "outdoor living". Directly nearby, horseback riding is of course possible and the landlords can organize it for you. In the province of Csongrad there are several geocaching locations. In the month of September the landlords organize a Virtues Yoga week. The nearest neighbor lives 400 meters away and speaks Dutch. If you wish, the landlords can also provide breakfast for you.

The yard of this nature house is located in a wooded area on a dirt road. You can hike here for hours, with a greater chance of seeing deer than meeting people. Also an ideal environment for mountain bikers. The landscape is mainly flat. For touring cyclists there are several routes, with more and more bike paths being built. You have to cross the dirt road to the paved road, but then you can enjoy yourself completely. Hungary is known for its thermal pools. Also in the vicinity of Pusztamérges you can find several of them. Besides exploring the area, you can also visit some cities, such as Szeged and Subotica (Serbia). These cities are known for their Art-Nouveau architecture. If you wish, the owners can organize an excursion. Every Sunday there is a huge market in a town nearby. Here new but also used items are offered for sale. Here you can walk around for hours and experience how the Hungarians live. Besides the peace and quiet during the day you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky at night. The nature house is located 1.5 kilometers outside the village of Pusztamérges, where there is a supermarket, post office and several smaller stores.
