On a beautiful site in the middle of Italy there are two charming ruralhuts. They are attached but differ from altitude. The first nature house is about half a meter higher than the second house. Each of the cottages has its own terrace, one overlooks the valley, the other the Borgo grounds. For each terrace there is a table with four chairs plus a parasol. Each cottage has a spacious lounge / kitchen with a (very good) double sofa bed, two armchairs and a dining table with four chairs. In the kitchen is a four-burner gas appliance and a fridge. All kitchen utensils can be found in the cabinets. Wi-Fi is available. There is a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The cottages are thus furnished for two people, but the sofa bed in the living room makes it possible to facilitate up to four people. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. For a stay of two weeks, this will be replaced after a week. Please take your own bath towels for the pool. The swimming pool is open during the first week of May and it closes in mid-October, depending on the weather. From 1 October to 1 May, an additional contribution for gas will be added to the standard rental price. This is calculated according to consumption using gas meters. The two nature houses are on the site of the landlords in Umbria (Italy). The site, with its ruralhuts, is set in the V-shape of the mountain and offers peace, space and a beautiful view over the Tiber Valley.
