This nature house was built in 1839, making it the oldest building on the property. The entrance is made in the former bread oven where there is a terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun. The spacious entrance hall (8 m²) has enough space for your shoes, bikes, stroller or skis. The adjacent bathroom (4 m²) with toilet and shower is located on the ground floor, as are the kitchen (30 m²) and the living room (35 m²). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a four-burner stove. The living room has doors opening onto the large terrace and the enclosed private garden of 2000 m² where the dog can play freely. In the summer months you can use the private swimming pool in the garden. The cottage has TV and WiFi. On the second floor there is a second toilet and three spacious bedrooms. Bedroom one (10 m²) with two single beds, bedroom two (18 m²) with one double bed and bedroom three (22 m²) with one double bed. The last bedroom also has a large roof terrace. The cottage is non-smoking. Only dogs are allowed as pets.

The nature house is on the border of the Limousin, known for its many cows, and the Auvergne, a more rugged area, with its beautiful volcanoes. In the volcanic area, beautiful trips can be made. In winter there are plenty of opportunities for skiing and cross-country skiing (ski de fond) on the Massif du Sancy, just three quarters of an hour away. The area is excellent for hiking and cycling and car trips. Nearby is the romantic Evaux Les Bains, with its Fin de Siecle thermal baths. A little further away is Aubusson, famous for its tapestries.
