A lovely nature house with a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one with a desk (for telecommuting). The house is located among the trees, in a location with lots of privacy. The plot has a size of 4,500 m2. The house is built in a slope, so you have to climb stairs at the front to get to the living floor. Both from the living room and the kitchen you can walk outside at the back. Here there is a large terrace, a small terrace under the trees and the pool. The pool is about 40 centimeters higher than the terrace. The pool (3.5 x 8 meters) starts with a shallow part (1.10 meters) that slopes from the middle to a maximum depth of 1.80 meters. The pool has fixed stairs at the shallow end. Behind the house there is a large barbecue, as well as garden furniture. There is always a place in the sun or shade. The pool is in the sun from mid-morning until early evening.

This nature house is located 30 kilometers southeast of Montélimar in a rolling landscape with fragrant lavender fields and lush vines. The Drôme provencal is the southern part of the Drôme. The Drôme offers a varied natural beauty with grandiose canyons in the necessary part and gentle hills in the southern part. Picturesque villages and medieval castles complete this picture: the castles of Grignan, Suze-la-Rousse and Montelimar or the medieval villages of La Garde-Adhémar and Taulignan are definitely worth a visit. The (immediate) surroundings are perfect for beautiful walks or bike rides. Or take the car to Orange, Avignon, Pont-St. Esprit and the Gorges de l'Ardeche, Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine, the Mont Ventoux, all less than 60 kilometers away. Near the house, in addition to the beautiful countryside, there are many nice things to visit. Plenty of trips/day trips possible (also for small children). Large supermarkets in the area
