This nature house is a rustic, former farmhouse. The landlords keep the cottage in its old style as much as possible. This makes the cottage and its furnishings very attractive, simple and authentic. The cottage is for personal use. It was built in the 19th century and completely renovated in the old style (wooden beams, old floor tiles). The furniture is mostly from local brocante stores and restored by the owners themselves. The house used to be a very small family home with a stable. Years ago, the stable and the house were combined into one house with three rooms downstairs: a kitchen with shower and toilet, a dining room with fireplace and finally a living room. The upstairs was completely renovated in 2018, creating two bedrooms. One room has a double bed and the other room has a double bed and a single bed.

Located between the cities of Tours and Le Mans, the nature house is six kilometers from the town of Chateau du Loir. A few kilometers outside this picturesque town is the small village: Flee. Just outside this hamlet, on the edge of the forest and behind a farm field, is this detached nature house. At 6km distance lies the lake of 'Lac de Varennes'. A beautiful recreational area with nature walks, but also water sports a beach and a great slide. The Loir is the region of wine, castles and flea markets. Zoo de la Flèche is a beautiful zoo. The nature house is accessible via a rural road, which continues past the house as a walking path. The cottage has a very spacious garden in which flowers and fruits bloom.
