Quiet, simple nature house for 2 adults on a nature plot of over three acres with beautiful water feature. The plot is all yours alone. Discover (water) birds, kingfishers, owls, deer, buzzards and perhaps a wily fox. Space, peace and privacy are omnipresent here. The nature house has one bedroom with a double bed (140x200), a shower with sink and a separate toilet. There is also a kitchen with refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink, electric hob, extractor, coffee maker (Senseo and Nespresso) and kettle. There is a dining area and a sitting area with French doors. In front of the chalet is a tiled terrace. Electricity and water are available (included), WiFi and gas are not. There is ample parking at the cottage. There is a rowing boat available, go out on the water and spot a sunbathing carp or cast your fishing rod and see what the catch of the day is. Due to hygiene, silence and nature, pets are not allowed.

The nature reserve is about one kilometer from a small village of Zuiddorpe, where you will find a renowned restaurant with seasonal dishes "Onder de Linden", a café, a chip shop and a church. Furthermore, there is a bus stop. You imagine yourself somewhere in France, you are in the area of flax and of the State-Spanish lines with remnants of old forts in small hamlets. There are several cycling and walking routes. The Belgian village of Overslag is four kilometers away and of course has a chip shop, a café and a bread machine. The town of Axel is five kilometers away and has several stores and eateries, a water tower, a mill, museums, gas stations and a very nice 18-hole golf course (De Woeste Kop). Nearby cities: fortified town of Hulst (15 kilometers), port city of Terneuzen (15 km), Ghent (30 km), Antwerp (45 km) and the coast from Breskens to Cadzand-Bad and Knokke 45 km away.
