Nice village house (two apartments that can also be rented separately, price negotiable) in hamlet Germa, which used to be a monastery village. The nature is beautiful. From the nature house you have a view over the foothills of the Taygetos Mountains. Lots of peace and quiet. Well occasionally a car along the house. The house is cozy and has an upstairs and downstairs. There are terraces downstairs and upstairs, you can sit in the sun and in the shade. There is a 70 m² garden next to the house, where you can eat outside. Downstairs is a living area where there is a double bed somewhat shielded and where you will find a dining area, (sleeping) couch and kitchen. There is a simple bathroom with washing machine and a small bedroom where there are two single beds. Linen is provided. In front is a sitting area and behind the house is a fenced, covered terrace with outdoor shower and views of the mountains and greenery. Cool in summer.Upstairs is a living kitchen with two- and three-seater sofa, dining area and corner kitchen. There are two bedrooms: one with double bed and one with twin bed and balcony. Bathroom with shower. All windows have screens and shutters. You enjoy a clean, vigorous environment here.

At 11 car minutes you are in Aeropoli, boods do, ut food can go and find a pharmacy, bank, public transport and post office. On Saturday mornings there is a market. Also a 10-minute drive from the nature house is Neo Ytilo, where you will find a small beach and a store, as well as restaurants and terraces. Nearby is Limeni, where you can have good food and a place to swim. At 20-25 car minutes you get to the beaches on the east coast. These are sandy beaches with a place to eat. The town of Gythio is a larger town with many stores and restaurants. It is cozy with the harbor and further on the long beach of Mavrovounia with some campsites and trees on the beach. Water sports are available there.From Germa there are many hiking trails. Mountain hiking requires good hiking equipment and protection from heat in summer. snakes, turtles, martens, badgers. wintering fine. Never frost. There is central heating. Spring is beautiful; colored flowers everywhere.
