This self-contained original renovated nature house is located at 1100 meters altitude in the hameau Montama-haut in the High Alps. The house is inhabited during the rest of the year, which makes that there is still a lot of personal material. This gives the house a cozy, inhabited atmosphere on the one hand, but also makes for less "neutral spaces". We therefore ask for a lot of care for the books, comics, toys etc. There is a lot of sleeping space, but keep in mind that the rooms are not soundproofed! Opp 170m², ideal for families or couples who like large spaces and are not afraid of some cobwebs, unfinished corners and dust. In winter a lovely stove for warmth and coziness (excl base rent) We choose an accessible rent, but therefore ask for understanding and independence. There is no private garden, but a private terrace and a common garden and lots of nature all around.

The nature house is located on the border of the Parque Régional Naturel du Vercors and the Massif du Devoluy. Montama has about ten typical houses, a farm, a few inhabitants and many sheep. Wolves hunt the sheep and vultures feast on the scraps (griffon vulture, monk vulture and bearded vulture). You can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the limestone grasslands, which are dotted with orchids and butterflies. There is a small ski station for winter fun near the nature house (La Jarjatte) and a GR that passes at the door for all seasons without snow or for rocket hikers....
