This nature house can accommodate two to four people. It features a living room and separate kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. This apartment is on the ground floor and has a private garden with garden furniture and umbrella. As a guest, you have exclusive use of the park, the forest and the communal pool. The beautifully situated pool, seven by fourteen meters in size, has a modern system with salt hydrolysis and is therefore chlorine-free. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden and fully fenced. For each apartment there are private beach beds and an umbrella. From the pool there is a beautiful view of the castle of Gradara. The forest that is part of the park and located on the estate offers the opportunity for a wonderful walk or for finding a place to read a book or drink a glass of wine in peace.

This nature house is located in the middle of the protected nature reserve Parco del Monte San Bartolo, a green, hilly and wooded area, at an altitude of 170 meters, five minutes from the Adriatic Sea and half an hour from the mountains. Close to the lovely town of Pesaro. A central location and yet in a beautiful nature. The nature house stands in a large private park and forest of three hectares and consists of two houses dating back to 1700. Both houses have been restored with respect for the environment. In one house live the landlords and the other house consists of three spacious and elegant apartments belonging to the villa.
