This charming country house in southern Champagne is ideal for vacationers who love or want to get to know France and are looking for an alternative to mass tourism in the Mediterranean. Quietly located in a small village in the lovely valley of the "Blaise", spend your vacation here close to nature. The garden of the house offers many possibilities: barbecues, swinging in a hammock, playing football and table tennis or slides and seesaws for the little ones. The nature house is equipped with everything that contributes to the convenience during the holidays: dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. It has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and bath. The river "Blaise" flows 100 meters behind the house. The covered terrace offers a table tennis table. Garden furniture is available for you to linger and dine outdoors.

There are many leisure activities in the nearby lakes, especially the "Lac-du-Der" or "Lac d'Orient": sandy beaches, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing or cycling, climbing park and mini golf. For nature lovers there are bird stations, fishing opportunities and of course hiking trails. It is also a good idea to taste original champagne with a winemaker in the nearby wine villages. Bicycle tours can start right in front of the house and cycle far through the countryside on old railway tracks via a newly created cycle path - i.a. to the Lac-du-Der lake (see above).
