This monumental former bolt and nut factory houses a guesthouse for up to 15 people, divided into four spacious rooms, each with its own shower and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a large, bright group room (95 m2) overlooking the Maas valley. Bed and kitchen linen are provided. Below the guesthouse is a multi-purpose room that can be rented as, for example, a studio, yoga room, concert or drama hall. Outside is space to relax and eat, there is the possibility of barbecuing and making a campfire. Wifi is available throughout the property. They like to keep the guesthouse smoke-free and pets are not allowed. Since the composition and needs of each group are different, the rates for a stay at the facility are customized.

The factory is located at the edge of the Meuse Valley, 20 kilometers north of Verdun. From the factory you can walk in five minutes to the Meuse River, where there are fine swimming and fishing spots. The hilly landscape is a wonderful walking and cycling area. Forest, meadows and villages alternate, there are beautiful views with a good chance of spotting a deer or boar. At 10 kilometers from the factory you can rent canoes to make a beautiful trip on the Meuse; there are spots along the way to picnic, swim or paddle. The bike path along the Meuse will take you to Verdun, where there are historical sites, stores and cozy cafes.
