On its own grounds of 2 ha (20,000 m2) stands this rustic nature house, suitable for 4 people. It has just been restored and renovated with mostly reused materials and a lot of oak and natural stone. For those seeking peace and quiet, it is lovely to stay and move freely on the centuries old property, amidst the vineyards. The gite has a beautiful living area with wood stove and TV and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and oven/grill a private terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. A shower, toilet and sink are located on the ground floor. Upstairs in open connection a bedroom with 2 beds and infrared sauna and a bedroom with a double bed. The grounds with many old trees and a small lake also have places for wildlife to stay. Thus, when it is quiet one can see deer, and sometimes badgers, foxes or boars. Smoking is not allowed inside. There is ample safe parking.

Excursions in the area: in the immediate vicinity there are several cozy medieval towns and you will find many wine growers where wine tasting is a must. Hiking and cycling tours are highly recommended and your hosts will be happy to tell you about them. In your studio you will find information on cycling and hiking routes and other information that will make your vacation a pleasant stay. The Gers is characterized by a rolling landscape of wine, agriculture, forests and sunflower fields (the French Tuscany). In the village of Gondrin, a 20-minute walk through the vineyards, you will find a supermarket, bakery, butcher, ATM and 2 restaurants where you can eat well at attractive prices. In the immediate vicinity you will find more restaurants specializing in the local Gascon cuisine. The beautiful swimming pool of Gondrin, is within walking distance.
