Immersed in the green of the olive trees, in the heart of the Etruscan land, the villa overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea from a hill and is located between the two ancient cities of Tuscania and Tarquinia, about 10 kilometres away from each. It is surrounded by a large lawned garden, completely fenced with automatic gate and comfortable paved parking, where you can find aromatic plants, flowers, two rows of grapes, the fountain pool with relaxation area and nice wooden gazebo for outdoor lunches and dinners. Around the garden a further fence encloses the park of 10,000 meters with olive trees, ornamental plants, large wood-burning oven, and wooden pergola covered with vegetation, equipped with barbecue area, with table and chairs.

The whole property is further surrounded by hedges, trees, pines, oak and holm-oak woods, in order to get the most total privacy during your stay. Walking in the park you can see a flock of sheep crossing the nearby meadows or horses and donkeys that come to graze the grass up to the fence. The stay offers, in the immediate vicinity, the possibility of long walks in the countryside and in the ancient village of Montebello, hiking in the woods and nature reserve of Tuscania, visits to the many Etruscan necropolis, Lake Bolsena, the Park of Monte Argentario, paths in the salt pans of Tarquinia, swimming in the sea and much more. Within a few dozen kilometers, crossing the hills or by motorway, you can reach the most beautiful cities in central Italy such as Rome, Florence, Siena, Assisi, Viterbo, Spoleto, Orvieto, et cetera. and many smaller towns with their picturesque medieval villages.
