We offer two self contained studio cottages within the grounds of our farmhouse. ​The first cottage is more suitable for families and can sleep a family of 4 or 5. In addition to the double bed, it has a bunk bed (not suitable for under 6) and a pull out sofa bed. We offer plenty of room for children to run around, use the secure swimming pool, play with the various toys and reconnect to their wild sides! ​ One of the Cottages is perfect for couples or families of 3 or 4 wanting to escape from the stresses of work and modern living. In addition to the double bed with offer a sofa bed (which could sleep one bigger child or two small ones) Please note we are a family of 5 and there will always be children around. We cannot always guarantee a quiet stay! ​

We are surround by truly fabulous beaches, all within half an hour drive from our naturehouses. If you're after wild, then you can head to the West Coast to climb sand dunes, walk the rustic board walks and go for some fabulous walks . To the South we have the more tourist friendly beaches of Praia de Luz, Lagos and Burgau; all within 15/20 minute drive. A little further on you'll find some of our favourite beaches... wild and remote and perfect for trying out your surfing skills. We supply boogie boards and coolers to stock up with cold beers. Our village,Barão de São João – known locally simply as Barão is famous in the area for being a laid-back, quirky colourful village full of hippies and alternative living families. The world renowned hippy/flea market held on the last Sunday of every month is a fabulous place to check out all sorts of campervans, listen to music, eat a vegan lunch and sample gluten free goodies, It's simply fun to watch long haired hippies roam around.
