A small and elegant isolated rustic house in the hills with an exceptional view of the gulf, inside the Mount Cofano Reserve. The nature house measures about 30 square meters and is an agricultural warehouse dating back more than a century modernly renovated as a unique environment equipped with every comfort but always respecting the environment. Specifically, inside, the kitchen is fully equipped (including oven and washing machine), the bedroom is located on the loft and has a double bed and an ottoman that can become a single bed; two more beds can be obtained from the large sofa that converts into a double bed. In addition there is a very spacious bathroom, another outdoor shower and barbecue. The house is equipped with kitchen linens, bath linens, hair dryer, bed linens, dishes, coffee maker, coffee and cappuccino maker, kettle, blender. Air conditioning and cast-iron wood stove. The rustic is located within the Oriented Nature Reserve of Mount Cofano, about 200 meters above sea level and centrally located with respect to the Gulf of Cofano, that's why it enjoys an exceptional panorama, allowing those who live there to experience moments of incredible silence (even in August) in an unspoiled naturalistic landscape, where it is possible to practice a range of outdoor activities (trekking, climbing, snorkeling, biking, SUP, horseback riding, Kajak etc.) or more simply enjoy the view of the mountains and the birds that inhabit them and, most importantly, the sea as far as the eye can see! The sea, which is about 300 meters from the house, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes or by car, driving along the dirt road you will discover beautiful pebble and/or sandy beaches. A car suitable for dirt roads is not essential but is recommended.
