This nature house is an old stone barn, restored into a comfortable country house. It is surrounded by fields with carrots and olive trees, and views of the sea, which is only minutes away. The guest apartment consists of a loft of about 45 m² on two levels, with separate entrance and a beautiful patio overlooking the fields. On the ground floor there is a living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, and a sofa with an extra bed. Upstairs, in open space, is the master bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower. In the patio there is a shower and barbecue. The nature house was recently (2018) renovated with natural materials such as clay, wood, bamboo and limestone. Maybe that is why it is so comfortable to live in! The natural clay and straw plaster provide natural control of temperature and humidity and keep the air clean.

The nature house is located in a strategic position to discover the southeastern corner of Sicily. It will be necessary to travel a kilometer of white road before reaching the main road connecting the baroque villages of Modica and Scicli, and reaching the sea in 12 km. The area is that of the Iblei hills, a plateau of white rocks designed by deep ravines (quarries) dug by ancient rivers. At the bottom of the quarry there is lush vegetation and pools where you can swim, while on the slopes you can see the caves where people lived until the 1950s. On the plateau, the landscape is defined by typical dry stone walls, stone houses, pastures with grazing cows, carrots and olive trees. The colors vary depending on the season, from the deep blue and deep yellow of summer, to the lush greenery and flowers of winter and spring. It is ideal for those looking for a quiet and peaceful environment. Many sports are available, including hiking, climbing, mountain biking, mountain biking, swimming and much more.
