This nature house, is a typical rustic Tuscan farmhouse, very old, built of local stone, whose first construction is lost in the mists of time, perhaps of medieval or, even, Etruscan-Roman origin. Repeatedly remodeled and expanded over the centuries, it has recently been restored and divided into apartments. It has belonged to the family for more than 100 years. Located at 830 meters above sea level, in the beautiful Casentino Valley, the most beautiful valley in Tuscany and one of the most beautiful in Italy, the Residence comes to be located within the Casentino Forest National Park.

This nature house is surrounded by lush forests of oak, chestnut, fir, pine, and beech trees, It has ample space for parking, sunbathing, and children's games, and is at the center of a 75,000-square-meter property.
