The house is 300 years old. Originally rennovated by my father, according to the initial architectural elements of the house.The rooms are developed next to each other surrounding a central yard. Next to the entrance there is a the bbq place with dinning furniture. Through a corridore with garden on the sides you reach the main house.You can find anything you need in the house. The kitchen is fully equipted and we have available extra virgin olive oil and depending on the season, figes and lemons from the garden.We really love our house and we hope that other people will enjoy the pieceful environment that it offers!

The house is in the middle of the village of Litsarda, being part of the initial settlement and was built for the needs of a huge cretan family.Around the house there are a lot of paths that lead to the wild!Litsarda is 30 min away from the city of Chania and of Rethymno. 45 min away from the region of Sfakia, where you can enjoy great gorges and phantastic beaches. In the region of Apokoronas, where Litsarda also belongs there are wonderful beaches and traditional villages of natural and architectural beauty.Very nice taverns with local food can enrich your experience and wineries can offer you a taste of the local wine production!It is useful to know that you will need a car during your stay at this house!
