The house is about 300 years old, built entirely of stone. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed and air-condition. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a shower room with WC and the living room with pull-out sofa for 2 persons. Inside there is a connecting staircase to the upper floor and a large stone staircase outside. A spiral staircase leads to the roof terrace. There is a view to the sea to the west and to the mountains on the other side. It is absolutely quiet and relaxing. You can walk 25 minutes to the sea or drive 5-7 km by car. You can also go shopping on the beach. Or you can wait for the delivery van that comes every morning and delivers what you need. ask for the special price for the low season!

The landscape is unspoilt, rustic and wild. Forest and olive groves. Lustica is a peninsula with many opportunities to get to the sea. The beaches are not overcrowded but there are many restaurants and bars for entertainment. Culturally you can visit 15 churches and old villages with mostly unspoiled historical buildings.
