This nature house is a comfortable 8 person accommodation which is fully equipped and located in a quiet area near the water. The vacation home has 4 bedrooms with box-spring beds and 2 bathrooms with shower and sink. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 6 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, TV and a lovely wood stove. Furthermore, there are 2 toilets, and separate TV corner, a washing machine, and wifi could of course not be missing! Energy is generated with solar panels installed on the roof in the spring of 2019. Outside is located next to the terrace, a flower garden and a chicken run and on the other side a playground with swing trampoline, hammocks and fire pit. Next to the cottage there are Dutch goats in the meadow. Guests of our vacation home are free to use our boat and canoes during their stay.

This nature house is located in the village Idsegahuizum (Fr:Skuzum). A small quiet terp village near Makkum and the IJsselmeer coast. The village canal, on which our plot is also located, leads to, among others, Makkum surrounding villages and cities. The surrounding "11 cities" such as Harlingen, Bolsward, Workum, Hindeloopen, Stavoren with characteristic old town centers are also well worth a visit! The beautiful IJsselmeer beach and promenade is already at a distance of 4 km and offers plenty of opportunities for various water sports.
