The village of Lonneker with its cozy village center where cafe/restaurant Sprakel is the centerpiece, is a popular place for a cup of coffee, lunch, or dinner and mostly all kinds of activities. Enschede has many nice and good shopping and catering facilities. A day of shopping can be nicely ended on one of the cozy terraces around the church on the Oude Markt.
