The house is located on a hill near the small village of Colmenar and completely surrounded by the nature, but still just 30 km from Malaga’s Airport and 20km from Malaga city. It is a quiet and relaxing place where you can enjoying walking (there are many tracks to follow not far from the property), go visiting the Natural Park of Montes de Malaga, try the longest zip wire in Spain (which is just on the next village of Comares), or just chilling and enjoy the pool looking at the panorama and sunshine. Colmenar is a little village located in the middle of mountain landscapes on the edge of the Montes de Malaga Natural Park and just 3.5 km away, where you can go shopping and try some local food or buy honey, wine and olive oil from the area in small craft shops. There are hiking trails through pine forests that lead to waterfalls and viewpoints.
