Welcome to our luxury safari tent on the hidden Wadden Island of Wieringen! You have your own parking space and private entrance to the tent. From your veranda you have an unobstructed view of our horse pasture and private garden which is available for common use. There is also a playing field (without facilities). You can enjoy luxury and comfort. The tent has a bathroom with spacious shower (0.90x0.90m), toilet, sink and hairdryer, Two bedrooms with wardrobes, fine beds (1x 1.60x2.10m) and 2 bunk beds (0.90x2.00m). Bed linen and towels included. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. A lovely south-facing veranda with 6 sun chairs, 2 sun beds and a BBQ. Free WiFi. Free use of 2 folding bikes. Inside the tent is comfortable in cooler weather with an extra blanket and warm socks. Use of fan or heater is included. In short vacation!

Experience rural life and enjoy nature, forest, beach and water in the area while there are stores and plenty of good restaurants nearby. From the tent you can walk directly into beautiful surroundings and get an ice cream from the farmer, for example. Wieringen has so much to offer; you can go mudflat hiking or join a Wadden Sea tour to spot seals or go fishing. Visit the Wieringer Island Museum, the fishing port of Den Oever, the Wadden Sea dyke and the Wierdijk on the other side. The Amstelmeer with the Lutjestrand where you can surf and sunbathe. Furthermore, there is a glider airfield nearby where you can fly in the weekends. By car you will discover nice towns like Medemblik, Hoorn, Schagen or Den Helder, make a crossing to Texel or discover the North Sea beaches less than half an hour away. The Afsluitdijk with the Wadden Center is also fun! Public transport at 1.5 km
