In addition to three apartments and the 2 sleeping cabins, we have a mini-nature camping area. Only room for about 8 tents (no caravans/campers/folding trailers). Small, quiet and naturally located. There is also an outdoor fireplace, camp kitchen where you can cook and wash dishes, there is a washing machine (for a fee) and there are well cared for sanitary facilities. We aim at peace seekers, who are not afraid of a deer, pheasant, owl, fox, frog oid. Enjoy nature! Please note: you must be in possession of a nature camping card (also available on site at € 15,95).Price is based on a stay of 4 persons with a tent. Of course you bring your own tent.

The environment is very surprising! Brook valleys, slightly hilly, winding rivers, forest, many nature reserves and lots of walking, cycling and canoeing opportunities (even with the dog!). They also call this area the Drenthe of Groningen or the pearl of Westerwolde. Also a large mountain bike network and many attractions. In the vicinity is also a tropical swimming pool, a possibility for water skiing and wakeboarding, various museums, monasteries and a castle in Wedde, the fortified town of Bourtange, seal spotting in Fiemel, watching a cruise ship being built in Papenburg, Germany, shopping in Leer or the city of Groningen, day German Wadden Island Borkum, a fairytale forest in Ter Apel or a dinosaur park in Wedde, the zoo in Emmen ... all within about half an hour.
