At 100 meters from the Dollard dike, on the edge of the National Park Wattenmeer you will find this spacious house with a nice living kitchen on the ground floor. There are also the 2-person infrared sauna, the (separate) toilet and the bathroom. Outside: an enclosed covered terrace. A spacious garden with deck chairs and a real Strandkorb. Seats on the terrace next to the pond a seat next to the pool (3.5 diameter). Again, views to the horizon. For the living room and bedroom you go to the second floor. From the living room you have a great view. The bedroom with excellent double bed is cozy, under the pointed roof. For nature lovers / bird watchers / hikers / cyclists, this nature house is a great base. And when you're done with the outdoors for a while, just 3 kilometers away you will find the cosy fishing village of Ditzum, where a supermarket, bakery, cafes and restaurants make it a great place to be.

***Pets welcome!**** A rare quiet place, except during bird migration and in winter, when hearing and seeing sometimes perishes because of the many thousands of geese. Experience the rhythm of ebb and flow on the Bohrinsel peninsula, at the Kiekkaaste (a magnificent bird-watching hut on stilts, on the shore of the Dollart) or at the harbor of the charming fishing village of Ditzum. The special flora of the Salzwiesen area and the brackish water area around the mouth of the river Ems, all at most 3 kilometers from your cottage. All around horizon in this wonderfully beautiful landscape in which the only relief consists of the sea dikes. Your (Dutch) hosts are both nature lovers and can tell you in which season you can best go hiking or spotting in which place.
