Situated on the foothills of Flavigny sur Ozerain in an orchard full of apple, cherry and peach trees with beautiful views over forests and vineyards. This tiny house is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. The nature house has lots of outside space for barbecues, reading a book under a shady tree, boules or a quiet apéro on the sofa listening to bird song or watching the stars. If you are looking for quiet and calm then this is the nature house for you. Please note that the standard price is based on 2 people sharing the double bedroom, extra people will be charged 30€ per person per night.

The village of Flavigny is at the top of the hill, about a 10 minute walk, it offers 2 restaurants, a few shops and an aniseed sweet manufacturer. Around the village are numerous walks ideal for dogs or hiking and information for these can be found at the information center in the village. It is a small medieval village set on a hill, where the film Chocolat was filmed in 2000 with Johnny Depp, Judy Dench and Juliette Binoche and is classed as one of the most beautiful villages of France. The village has a bread shop, 3 restaurants, a beer producer and a winery. The nearest town is about 8kms from the house where you will find a supermarket, bread shops, banks etc. Our little house is surrounded by nature, the nearest neighbours are 200ms away, the local black cat may come and visit but other than that you probably won't see anyone all the time you are there.
