Our B&B is situated in a detached and cozy nature house and is brightly decorated with various mosaics and paintings of our own hand. It is located in our yard in the outskirts of Wapenveld between the Veluwe and the IJssel with an unobstructed view over the meadows. You can retreat to enjoy the peace, the view and the surroundings. After a nice walk or bike ride it is wonderful to come home to the cottage. This is heated by a wood stove for cozy warmth on cold days and there is an electric radiator. Wood is available here on payment of €5 per barrel. In the cottage you will find a small fridge and a sink with microwave, kettle and nespresso machine. There is no possibility to cook, this is not desirable because of food odors that linger. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. If you want breakfast you can indicate this when booking. The cost is € 12.50 pp which must be paid on the spot.

This beautiful place is ideal for people who want to find peace and quiet and love nature. The surroundings are perfect for making beautiful walks and cycling tours. Located at a junction of bicycle paths you can go in every direction; towards the east you can cycle into the IJsselvallei; towards the west you will find the vast forests of the Veluwe. If you want to rent a bike, you can do so for €7,50 per bike per day. You can also go out by car; the Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Hattem, Kampen and Deventer are within reach. Hattem is 10 km away and has several museums such as the Anton Pieck museum, the Voerman museum and the bakery museum. In Zwolle you will find, among other things, museum de Fundatie and the Broerenkerk, which houses bookshop Waanders.Of course, there is a wide range of dining options in the area. A 15-minute drive away in Emst is a famous Sauna & Wellness.
