Our nature house is detached and located on a plot of about 1 hectare in Blitterswijck. The spacious house with basement and bedroom floor is equipped for six people. On the first floor there is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, two bedrooms, each with two separate box spring beds and a spacious wardrobe. The spacious hall provides access to the living room with open kitchen, storage room and toilet. In the basement is the master bedroom with double box spring, linen closet and TV. An extra toilet and separate shower room is available. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and the spacious living room offers generous views of nature through the large windows. Through the garden door in the sitting area you enter the terrace where you can fully enjoy nature. Fast internet via WiFi is of course available and included in the price.

Blitterswijck is part of the municipality of Venray and is located near the left bank of the river Meuse. As a result of two major floods of this river in the nineties, the province of Limburg started a water protection program that led to an extensive change of the river landscape. In recent years this has resulted in the realization of the Maaspark Ooijen-Wanssum nature reserve, which has been set up as a beautiful interconnected wetland area between the municipalities of Ooijen and Wanssum. The new nature reserve is freely accessible and has about 30 kilometers of hiking trails and 13 kilometers of bicycle paths. The nature house is directly adjacent to this nature reserve so you can start a beautiful walk or bike ride from home. At the end of the path in front of the nature house you can walk straight into the woods of Hooge Heide. The bicycle paths in the woods and the new nature reserve are connected to the more than 40 kilometer long bicycle route.
