This bright attic room is located on the First floor of an ancient stelp farmhouse in Southwest Friesland. The room has a king-size double bed, but there is also a cozy box bed for 1 or 2 people to stay in. The mentioned rental rates are based on 2 persons. For a possible 3rd guest we charge € 15,- p.p.p.n. - please let us know in advance how many guests are coming, so we can make the beds properly for you. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Through the tunnel window you have a view over the countryside. On the ground floor you can cook something in the general kitchen, coffee and tea is standard here. You can also use the terrace behind the farmhouse. The private sauna (€ 15,- per hour) can be rented if desired. No pets are allowed on this floor.

Around the nature house you can see farms and church towers in the distance. In early spring lambs are born, you are welcome to have a look in the sheep barn. In winter there are the geese and in summer the meadow birds. The nature house is located on a quiet road that takes you to the church of Sandfirden; a picturesque spot on the lake It Hop. Around the farm you can peer for miles over the open landscape of Southwest Friesland. Every evening a new sunset and then enjoy the dark starry sky. Within walking distance of the farm is the village Oudega to find with beach, village store, restaurants. boat rental and bike rental.
