In the utility room there is a large fridge-freezer and a washing machine. Also on the ground floor is a modern bathroom with shower cabin, sink and toilet. (One room remains closed for private use.) From the living room stairs to the first floor. Here there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a crib and the other with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have both a closet and a sink. Sint Maartenszee is a hamlet in the municipality of Schagen and, together with its sisters Sint Maartensvlotbrug, Sint Maartensbrug and Sint Maarten, forms a tourist core along the coast, a short distance from Callantsoog and Schagen. As a seaside resort, Sint Maartenszee fulfills primarily a tourist function. Bustling and active in summer, there is plenty of peace and quiet in winter.
