A luxurious and spacious recreation houseboat for 4 people The living area of this water villa is about 95 m2 and distributed over 2 levels. The living room, bathroom and toilet are situated at water level, while the kitchen and bedrooms go down with small steps. Large glass windows offer views of the Weerribben-Wieden National Park. The sleek design is interrupted by a large circular wall with an exterior wood stove on the terrace. A decking all around provides easy circulation while the overhanging canopy keeps out the sun in the summer months. The design was especially mindful of unobstructed views of nature, the outdoors and life on the water. The sheltered landscaped garden on the quay has several lounge areas and its own small harbor. The entire water villa is heated with air heating and operated by Domotics. The total furnishing can be called luxurious. A sloop can be rented at additional cost.
