Our Tiny House, newly built in 2021, is equipped with all modern comforts. When you park your car on your own parking space, you can already see it behind the fruit trees. Through the path in the garden you will reach the terrace at the waters edge where the French doors will open for you. Once inside, you will find on your left a small kitchen with a double dining table with a beautiful view of the water and the meadows behind. The door in the room provides access to the washroom. Here you will find a modern hanging toilet, a spacious shower and a washbasin. The sanitary space is equipped with electric ventilation and a window that can be opened, in which milk glass has been placed. In the Tiny House, you can relax in the sitting area. It goes without saying that free WIFI is not lacking. The Tiny House has a staircase to the cosy sleeping loft with a double box spring.

The Tiny House is located in the middle of the greenery on a through canal in the small village Ritsumasyl and is less than 4 km from the old city centre of Leeuwarden. After a wonderful day in the centre of Leeuwarden or a beautiful bike ride through the beautiful Frisian meadow area, you can relax in the evening on the large private terrace that lies directly on the open waterway. The Tiny House is equipped with all conveniences and offers optimal privacy due to its detached location. A sup-board and small motorboat can be rented to explore the surroundings from the water. Right next to our yard is a lighted jeu de boules court. A set of balls is available. The surroundings are very suitable for beautiful cycling and walking tours through the authentic Frisian meadow area. For example, visit the beautiful Jorwert, which has become famous thanks to the book by Geert Mak. Or experience the emptiness of the Noorderleech and see at nightfall the lighthouses of the Frisian islands.
