Welcome to our Mill House! From the outside an authentic farmhouse, inside light, a touch industrial, rural and surprisingly spacious. Entirely on one level. The living room has French doors to the large deck along the entire length of the house. There is a wood stove and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the trimmings! You can chill out on the large sofa, or lie on the fine king size bed in the master bedroom with full views of the nature preserve. The box bed with a comfortable double bed and French doors is a dream of many. Beds are made upon arrival. Electric blinds and sliding screen doors. Towels and final cleaning are included. A dog is welcome and your yard is large and fully fenced. In the bathroom, accessed through the master bedroom, there is a large rain shower and an illuminated whirlpool tub with jets. There is Wifi, the internet is fast. Air conditioners heat and cool. A smart TV completes the luxury!

Authentic cottage is located on the still quite unspoiled East side of Texel. Through a unique dike you walk across the mill basin in a few steps to the Wadden dike. The cottage is right next to monumental Mill Het Noorden. A unique place with plenty of peace, nature and space. Directly on the nature reserve "De Bol of Natuurmonumenten" behind, at the end of a dead end road. Near the "Vogelboulevard", vantage point the "Krasse Keet" and the Schorren. On 1 of the most beautiful places on Texel. The cottage also overlooks the adjacent hamlet Oost, where one of the best restaurants on the island is located and in fifteen minutes you cycle to the picturesque village of Oosterend. In about 10 minutes you drive to Golfclub de Texelse, a renowned 18-hole golf course. In the immediate vicinity you can enjoy cycling, hiking, bird watching (also from your own living room and deck) and enjoy a beautiful view of the Wadden Sea.
