The 60 m² log cabin is located at the top of the slope right on the edge of the forest with a view of the sunset and consists of 2 rooms with a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. The hut is the ideal place for a break in nature for 2-3 people and has a retro charm. The furnishings are simple and functional, no frills. Our "summer residence" Bungalow B7 is perfect for a digital detox, for time in nature and to relax - even in winter thanks to local heating from our environmentally friendly biomass heating system.

A forest and two lakes in a nature reserve are within walking distance. The log cabin is located at the very edge of our PHÖNIXBERG site - an educational and seminar location run by a life community - and on the site itself (visible from the log cabin) there is a camping meadow, a further 8 log cabins, a seminar house and a pavilion. The town of Herbstein, a climatic health resort and spa, as well as the volcanic thermal baths with healing spring water, sauna and massage facilities are just a few hundred meters away on foot. The surrounding area is ideal for hikes, bike tours or walks. The Hoherodskopf in the Vogelsberg can be easily reached in 20 minutes by car or in 1 hour by bike.
