The nature house is located in the outskirts of Harfsen in the city triangle of Deventer, Zutphen and Lochem. It is situated in a beautiful location with unobstructed views. The cottage is modern in design, built with high quality materials and fully equipped. It has its own entrance and lots of privacy with a terrace and garden (with fixed windbreak) and parking. From the bright room with the French doors to the terrace, you have an unobstructed view over the sunny garden and the meadows with groves, where you can see deer walking in the early morning or towards the evening. Some years corn is grown on one of the meadows. Because of its quiet and free location, the guesthouse is not only very suitable for a relaxing vacation, but also for a period of reflection, to unwind, write, etc.

This part of the Achterhoek with its scenic landscape, its fields and forests, streams and rivers, historic towns and cozy villages, has much to offer to both nature and culture lovers. Directly from the nature house there are all kinds of hiking possibilities. For example, through meadows and along ditches to a beautiful fens area and to the Gorsselse Heide. From the nearby Zevensprong there are many walks. But also the slightly further located nature reserves, such as Het Grote Veld and Velhorst estate offer many opportunities for walkers. In terms of cycling, there are numerous possibilities immediately upon leaving the grounds. At a few hundred meters there is also a connection to the bicycle node network of the Achterhoek, ferries make a trip along the floodplains of the IJssel accessible. Deventer and Zutphen are each about 10 kilometers away. Hanseatic cities with a rich history and attractive center with cozy terraces and surprising stores and a wide range of cultural offerings.
