It is surrounded by 500sqm of private, fenced and wooded garden with parking spaces and furnished with barbecue and a wooden porch for outdoor dining.

The house is located in the Natisone Valleys just minutes from the Lombard town of Cividale del Friuli on the Natisone River and 30 km from Udine. It is an ideal place for walks among nature trails and the ancient rural villages of Tercimonte, Masseris, Dus, Jellina, Losaz, Montemaggiore, Stermizza, Barza, Polava and Topolò. It is located 550 m toward the summit of Mount Matajur, which can be traveled on CAI trails. From the house you can reach Slovenia in ten minutes: Mount Kolovrat with the trenches of the Great War; the nearby historic town of Caporetto with the emerald-colored creeks of the Soča River; the picturesque Valley of the Seven Lakes with the enchanting Triglav National Park.
