Downstairs there is a living area with lounge, dining area and wood stove. Also sitting room with books, games and TV. A kitchen, a bathroom, toilet and entrance hall and a small bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 2x2p. bed or 4x1pers. There are 2 terraces with firebowl & bbq and, optionally, private hot tub 4 pers. You can swim in the natural swimming pool at the wood-fired sauna-barrel and ice bath. ****We do not mean that all contemporary comforts are present. But the luxury of simplicity, sobriety, natural materials, silence, warmth of a wood stove and fire bowl, beautiful views ... sometimes with a little 'corner off' :) All basic comforts included. Optional: sauna and hot tub, beds made with organic bed linen, meal on arrival. Note: sitting-dining area is 1.95 m high.

The house is located on a nature plot of 1.7ha, in the middle of the fields, in the hilly country, right on the border. Through the garden you can walk across the entire nature reserve: through the meadows, by the sheep & pigs, in the woods, in the vineyard, orchard, food forest, through fields to France. In the morning cycle to Bailleul for fresh croissants and une baquette... Book optionally on site our wellness: unlimited hot tub, sauna and ice bath: €98 for 1 day, €138 to 4 days/nights, €210 to 7 d/n. Booking can also be done by item. The outdoor wellness is located outside and is fired with wood. We have no influence on the weather conditions... Further: guided silence walk, breathing meditation, ice bath... You can discover nature while walking or biking. There are also campers on the property in the spring-summer season, away from your home. Everyone respecting silence & nature.
