The property is situated in a secluded location in a wide, sunny valley on the small Dhron river. In 2004/05 the stables and outbuildings of the former mill were extensively renovated and supplemented by an extension. The vacation home is lovingly and tastefully furnished, partly with antiques, and comprises three double bedrooms, a study with a further single bed. There are three comfortable bathrooms (each with WC), as well as a separate guest toilet, storage room and a laundry room with washing machine and drying facilities. The large, perfectly equipped kitchen with a dining table for approx. 8 people leaves nothing to be desired for hobby cooks, and in the living room you can relax by the fire in the open fireplace to music from the stereo system or while watching TV. Free WLAN is available in all living areas and the dreamlike ambience and absolutely quiet location make it the perfect place to relax.

Leisure activities are available: Hikes on the nearby beautiful dream loops of the Saar-Hunsrück Climb or in the new Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park (approx. 10 km), city tours of the oldest Roman city of Trier (approx. 25 km), the Moselle towns of Bernkastel-Kues or Traben-Trabach or the fortress city of Luxembourg (approx. 55 km). Horse lovers can be provided with two boxes on request and hunters have the opportunity to hunt roe deer and wild boar in their own hunting grounds.
