This cozy nature house with a large terrace (80m2) facing south, has a living room, a new dining kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. A fifth bed is available. The bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower and toilet. A DVD player with television, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven/microwave, hair dryer and speaker box are provided. In the basement there is a laundry room with a Miele washing machine, dryer and drying lines. The house has central heating and has its own parking space in the basement.
