Suitable for up to 8 people (note: one of the rooms contains children's bunk beds). There is a spacious, very bright living room, kitchen and utility room with dishwasher, oven/microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer. Downstairs is 1 bedroom with king-size bed, air conditioning and private bathroom (bath+shower). Upstairs are a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and 3 bedrooms; 1 with a king-size bed; 1 with two separate single beds and crib; 1 with bunk beds. The house is rented without towels and bed linen; bring 1x240x220 and 6x140x200, fitted sheets 8x90x200). The vacation home is ideal for a large family. In the garden there is a swing, climbing house, sandbox and trampoline. For babies: bottle warmer, high chair, changing pad, stair gate, crib. Not available for groups of young people or students.

The house is located directly on the Zeegser dunes, part of the National Park Drentse Aa. Just steps away are 3 excellent catering establishments. Cyclists and hikers (the house is on the Pieterpad) can indulge in this environment, but there are also plenty of other forms of recreation: Zuidlaren is within cycling distance and is an attractive village with many amenities. Groningen and Assen are a 20-minute drive away and for swimmers and sailors the Zuidlaardermeer is also a 20-minute drive away. By the way, swimming is also possible at nearby campsite De Vledders, with a sandy beach. Tourist activities include Wildlands Emmen, Sprookjesbos with playground in Zuidlaren, Klimpark Grolloo, the Groninger museum in, yes... Groningen, the Drents museum in Assen and Museum de Buitenplaats in Eelde. Both Groningen and Drenthe also have a number of beautiful borgen (small castles) that are worth visiting (including Leek, Leens, Slochteren, Uithuizen and Roden).
