Cozy wooden house with a crackling open fire. Breathtaking view of treetops and the Eder valley - enjoy the view of nature from the balcony or terrace. Hike straight away, enjoy oases in the forest garden. On certified hiking trails that start close to the house. The Eder cycle path is approx. 1 km away. Internet and additional infrared heating in the bathroom are installed. The glass of the fireplace is rounded, so that the viewing angle into the crackling fire is larger. It has storage stones for longer warmth. I only provide half a basket of firewood per day to burn in the cottage in winter. It is beech wood, which heats for longer. That should be enough if you use it according to instructions. From May, the guests have to water my 2 raised beds every day. The pictures are taken from the inhabited cottage. It is important that no pets other than a dog are allowed. The dog must not be in heat and must not be marked + well behaved in the house.

About one kilometer away is a very romantic and beautiful place on the Eder (river). Winterberg, other ski resorts historic castles + worth seeing old towns, 1 bison park, animal parks are within a radius of less than 40 km, the Eder cycle path is about 1 km away. In the village there are bakers, Edeka, butchers, a kebab, an Italian restaurant, and you are also independent of the car by train and cab and a good kilometer to walk.
