This cozy and well-furnished cottage is located just a few steps from forest and heathland. Here you can fully enjoy the Border Park Kalmthoutse Heide and its surroundings. Walking, cycling, bird watching, ... Nature and surroundings
A few hundred meters away you are in the Grenspark de Kalmthoutse Heide, a cross-border nature reserve consisting of forest, heathland, meadows, fens, ... a very diverse landscape. From your vacation home you can easily join the hiking trails "Ree" (24km) and "Buizerd" (6.5km) and also the GR5 passes almost at your doorstep. Birdwatchers are definitely in the right place! And mountain bikers even more so. There is a dense MTB network (vignette required). This lesser known side of the border park is still so quiet and peaceful that you will often not meet anyone on your walks.
