Hello guests, The vacation studio (38 m2) is part a large modernized Frisian stulp. The entrance is at the spacious front yard. You walk so to landshap in and to the Sneekermeer(50m). It can sleep 3 to 4 people. The apartment is quiet and beautifully situated. With ferry you can go to the cozy island (of the Sneekweek). The nature house is located in the middle of a green nature reserve. From the garden you can immediately take a walk and walk among the vast landscape, between reeds and many birds. Nearby (150 m) is the very cozy restaurant/beachhouse, located on the Sneekermeer with a spacious terrace on the Snekermeer. In the little harbor you can rent a sloop -or sailboat. You can come with your own boat or with a rental boat ! For you I have a berth of 9 meters available (at ca. 300 mtr) and you can use it for free. Greetings Mark

From your bed you walk into the front yard. You immediately experience the peaceful natural surroundings, not only the feeling of water around you, but also the vast polder landscape. There are beautiful hiking trails possible; directly into the Frisian landscape from the front yard. A long walk is possible from your cottage, you will see beautiful water features and reed beds. Close by is a bird-watching point located on the Sneekermeer, from where you can overlook the reed beds and wet grasslands. Offingawier is a quiet beautifully situated, leafy small Frisian village. At 4 kilometers from the apartment you will find Sneek, with its beautiful canals and the well known characteristic 17th century city gate. Greetings Mark
