The apartment in the 1-family house can be reached via a separate garden staircase. The large hillside property without direct neighbors borders on meadows and forest. A large, bright living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom with double bed & roller shutter, hallway, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, daylight bathroom with large walk-in shower. - A partially covered west-facing terrace is directly accessible from the kitchen. - The bright apartment (69 m2) with a view of the greenery is pleasantly cool in summer and free from direct street lighting. - Internet via cable, no WLAN in the house. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the village of Schweighof (small district of Badenweiler) at an altitude of approx. 500 meters. The village is rural, surrounded by nature and free of major roads. From here it is a 20 km walk through almost uninhabited nature to the heights of the Black Forest. Badenweiler is located in the Markgräflerland / border triangle D-F-CH between Freiburg (35 km) & Basel (40 km). Southern Black Forest, Hotzenwald, Vosges, Kaiserstuhl, as well as other destinations in France and Switzerland are within easy reach. Badenweiler itself offers, among other things, a thermal bath with Roman-Irish bath, sauna and wellness area. A beautiful spa park with old trees, spa concerts with various events, as well as restaurants and cafés, popular nearby excursion destinations include Bürgeln Castle, the historic town of Staufen, Altrhein, Belchen and Hochblauen, Titisee and Schluchsee, Todtnau waterfalls, Todtnau summer toboggan run, Steinwasenpark and the cities of Basel, Freiburg and Colmar.
