The gite has a cozy living area and a private entrance. The living/dining room is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a TV and CD player. There is a nice shower room and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms both have views over the Lot River. The gite is on the ground floor and is particularly convenient for those with younger children or the elderly who have difficulty walking up stairs. Broadband Wi-Fi is available within each gite and in the immediate vicinity of the pool. The gite has a large covered terrace and an enclosed garden. The terrace includes table and chairs and a bbq. The lovely pool overlooks the Lot and further you will find a large covered terrace and sun loungers. On the property there are also two large tobacco barns (Secchoirs) where you can store bicycles or fishing equipment. There is also a petanque court.

Les Sechoirs is in a unique location on the Lot River and is close to the ancient town of Clairac. Les Sechoirs offers cozy gites, a park-like garden, attractions for children, boating or canoeing and of course a lovely swimming pool overlooking the Lot.
