A large, cozy, sustainably remodeled location exclusively for you and your friends/family. BBQ and picnic tables provided. Free parking. Max 5 cars. Upstairs you will find a large kitchen and 2 spaces to sit together, all with beautiful views over the farm fields. Downstairs you will find 4 apartments (5 bedrooms) with private bathroom and terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning sun overlooking the farmland. A total of 12 people can sleep there. Guesthouse 1 is the largest and has 2 bedrooms. The other 3 have extra beds or a good sofa bed in addition to comfortable double beds (which can also be pushed apart). Upstairs, the break out room can be transformed into a 5th guest room (+bathroom). The building next door is the farmhouse where we live ourselves. When the barn is rented out we don't come there, so you have complete privacy. Music outside is not possible due to neighbors.

Located at the end of a dead-end path, in the middle of Boer Bert's meadows, between Amsterdam and Utrecht. Nearby, beautiful walks and bike rides can be made in the nature reserves Botshol and the Vinkeveen lakes. In Vinkeveen you can rent a boat, supping, surfing, sailing, diving ... and there are many nice restaurants. 45 min drive to the beach. You can take a walk in the woods in Amsterdam, which is a 20-minute drive away.
