The nature house is located under the smoke of the Historical town of Grave on the river Meuse and has views over the meadows and lots of privacy. The cottage gets its name from the little owls that live in our garden. The chalet was installed in 2022 and in the process we expanded the garden with a small food forest in which various fruit trees and soft fruit bushes to increase biodiversity. The living room overlooks the garden and pasture with our critters. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, oven/microwave. Bathroom: toilet and shower. Bedroom 1 with a 2 bed (160x200) including bed linen. Bedroom 2 see below. Rent only for 2 people. Because we have our own pets, it is not desirable for dogs to stay. Evt. 2nd bedroom extra booking for € 25, - per stay. Bed linen € 10 Bath and kitchen linen we can also provide for 2 pers. € 15, - in cash at the start.

In the vicinity are beautiful cycling and walking routes along the river Maas with bicycle ferries, but also the many nature reserves where you can cycle / walk through including: Keent, Maashorst; an alternation of heather, forest, wetlands, where you often come face to face with the natural grazers. But also the Hatertse- and Overasseltse fens, Mookerheide, Herperduinen, Kraaijenbergseplassen are an alternation of landscape and beautiful nature. Also within easy reach the very luxurious Thermen Berendonck, BurgGolf Wijchen, gardens of Appeltern and much more. Wijchen at 3 km. is a village with a cozy market on Thursdays and cinema. Nijmegen at 15 min. Germany - Kleve - at 30 min. Several recreational lakes including De Kuilen, Groene Heuvels, Plasmolen, all within cycling distance.
